By accessing or using MEP Estimation USA's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

MEP Estimation USA provides professional MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) estimating and quantity takeoff services including:

  • HVAC system estimation
  • Electrical system estimation
  • Plumbing system estimation
  • BIM coordination services
  • Construction cost consulting

Client Responsibilities

Clients using our services agree to:

  • Provide accurate project information and specifications
  • Respond to requests for additional information in a timely manner
  • Use estimates for their intended purpose only
  • Maintain confidentiality of shared project documents

Estimates and Accuracy

Our estimates are based on the information provided and current market conditions. While we strive for accuracy, estimates are subject to:

  • Market price fluctuations
  • Project scope changes
  • Availability of materials and labor
  • Regional pricing variations

Intellectual Property

All deliverables created by MEP Estimation USA remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Clients receive a license to use estimates for their specific project purposes.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon per project. Standard terms include:

  • 50% deposit required to begin work
  • Balance due upon delivery of final estimates
  • Payment due within 30 days of invoice date

Limitation of Liability

MEP Estimation USA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Confidentiality

We treat all client project information with strict confidentiality. Project documents, specifications, and estimates are never shared with third parties without explicit consent.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date.
