Our Story
Founded in 2011, MEP Estimation USA began with a simple mission: to provide contractors with estimating services that are accurate, reliable, and delivered on time. What started as a small team of mechanical estimators has grown into one of the nation's leading construction estimating companies.
Our founder, with 20+ years of experience in MEP trades, recognized that most contractors were losing bids due to inaccurate takeoffs or lack of resources to properly quantity their work. We built our company to solve this problem—providing the technical depth of a large firm's estimating department at a fraction of the cost.
Today, we've completed over 12,000 estimates totaling over $1.4 billion in project value. Our clients range from small mechanical contractors to large general contractors and developers handling multi-million dollar projects.
