Frank started his career in mechanical contracting as a sheet metal apprentice before moving into estimating. He founded MEP Estimation USA in 2011 to provide mid-size contractors with the same estimating depth as large firms. He has personally led preconstruction budgeting for 14 hospital expansion projects exceeding 3.2 million sq ft and 8 industrial process facilities across Texas, California, and Georgia. His core specialty is mechanical system lifecycle cost analysis - comparing VAV, chilled beam, and VRF economics for large commercial and healthcare projects.

James specializes in HVAC estimating for commercial high-rise, healthcare, and industrial facilities. He spent 7 years as a project engineer for a mechanical contractor in the Dallas-Fort Worth market before transitioning to full-time estimating. He has completed mechanical takeoffs for 12 buildings over 20 stories, including a 45-story office tower in Austin where his value engineering analysis on the central plant configuration saved the owner $420,000 in first cost. James manages all SMACNA-compliant ductwork takeoffs and coordinates the mechanical scope for our largest healthcare projects. He is certified in PlanSwift and Bluebeam advanced takeoff workflows.

Robert leads our electrical estimating division with a focus on commercial high-rise power distribution and data center critical electrical systems. Before joining MEP Estimation USA, he worked 5 years as an electrician (IBEW Local 3, NYC) and 8 years as a chief estimator for a mid-size electrical contractor serving the New York and New Jersey markets. He has priced electrical scopes for 6 hyperscale data centers totaling 1.8 million sq ft, including a 30 MW Atlanta facility where his selective coordination review identified $185,000 in breaker specification upgrades that would have been discovered during commissioning - not during bidding. Robert maintains current NEC certification and is an authorized Bluebeam instructor.

David heads our plumbing and medical gas estimating practice, specializing in healthcare facilities and high-rise residential plumbing systems. He is an ASSE 6060-certified medical gas installer and has estimated plumbing systems for 11 hospital projects totaling over 2.5 million sq ft, including a Level I trauma center expansion in Houston where his medical gas scope documented 486 individual outlet locations across 14 NFPA 99 zones. David's experience includes NFPA 99-compliant medical gas estimates, IPC/UPC code application across multiple jurisdictions, and large-scale domestic water recirculation system design. Before joining our team, he spent 6 years as a plumbing designer for a Houston-based MEP engineering firm.
